Spend 45mins - 1hr experiencing a guided moving meditation that will balance your mind and body. This is an excellent choice if you don’t have time or energy for the gym or other physical exercise. The class starts with stretching followed by qigong movements and ends with a moment of meditation to appreciate and enjoy the work you have been doing. This is the beginning of learning how to use Qigong for relaxation and with practice you will be able to perform the movements and replicate the experience by yourself. Bring your own food and water.
