"Thanks for the feedback on the feedback. As you will have seen , I enjoyed the second session more but couldn't find a way to give feedback on the third - which again I found a helpful session.
I felt that the pace was a bit slow in the first session because although I understand the importance of explaining the basics, given the limited time I thought you laboured the point rather (a bit stating the obvious) which took a lot of time. That said, I acknowledge that I am impatient by nature and perhaps other people needed that detail and slower start.....
