I have found these classes extremely useful and has greatly helped me improve my posture and mobility. I feel I have improved mentally too. I look forward to attending these classes every week which motivates me to come out of the house and enjoy these sessions outdoors in the fresh air. I also get the opportunity to socialise with other participants and feel safe outdoors due to covid. Thank you for ensuring social distancing is adhered to.

I am writing on behalf of 35 & 40 regular old and young person who enjoys this excersies classes in open air. It is well being of the everyone keeping fit saving Money to NHS & General practnor. Council waste money on so many unnecessary things and can't spare little money towards wellbeing of people who like comeing for the classes. I am 100% behind to get monies for this cause.”

“Thank you for organising the events ever week. I have benefited in many ways. Now for the past four months I have been doing the exercises at home at least 5 times a week and attending the Tuesdays sessions.
We not only exercises we have interactions with each other and build new friendship. There are some (it seems) don't have much communications or interactions with other people. This classes help them in some ways.

“I look forward to the Tuesday mobility exercises and qi gong sessions. It gets me out to do the exercises with the group and in the fresh air. This is something that I may not do at home alone.
I really feel relaxed and mobile after these exercises, I wish it was twice a week. I have arthritis in my knees and shoulder. These sessions have improved the flexibility in my joints.
I hope these sessions will continue so that it helps senior citizens with mobility that is diminishing over time and improve our mental health as well.
