Over 60's Wellbeing

We run and manage Qigong sessions for the Elderly and sufferers of mental ill health. Qigong sessions are typically from 30 to 45mins. It is a moving meditation which improves general feeling of wellbeing and brings participants into the moment. There is a sense of peace and calm that descends and the feedback is 100% positive. We combine this with mobility exercises and Zumba gold as "Active Communities".


Qigong, Health and Balance Course

We have successfully delivered a course for Mind (in Harrow) for their service users with mild-moderate mental health challenges.  The course is delivered over an 8 week period of approx 2hrs per lesson.

We offer this as a 1day course to organisations for their staff.

Childrens Mental Health 

Roxy's book called "Roxy Says You Are Here" is designed to increase awareness of mental health, reduce stigma and increase resilience.  It facilitates discussion with children people about mental health, provides emotional vocabulary and emotional intelligence. This resource normalises the discussion about mental health and gives the listener and reader an opportunity to learn and share using everyday experiences. Combined with activities this is part of our schools programme for Children's' mental health.

Raising awareness, reducing stigma, supporting relationships building resilience.  These projects support the EYFS and PSHE (Relationship Education).
