Setting expectations, establishing the weekly format and starting the journey. 


Firstly, well done for starting these sessions!  If you are looking for ways to improve your life and manage your wellbeing you are in the right place.  In order for change to happen you must want it to happen.  The fact you are here means you do and you're willing to make changes.  Well done you have already made a step in the right direction.


This first session is about setting your expectations for these sessions.  I will also establish the format of the sessions so you can get the most out of them all.  We are starting a learning journey which over the next six weeks, I hope, will have a positive affect on how you perceive the world and yourself. 


Remember, each weekly lesson builds on the foundation of the previous week.  This week will establish an understanding which will become the foundation for this course.  Please stick with the course.  I would love to give everything in one video but it is more effective if you do this weekly AND finish the course.
